By accessing our website, booking a test, visiting our diagnostic centre, or using our home sample collection service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including patients, caregivers, referring doctors, and corporate clients.

About Our Services

Lifeline Health Care Diagnostic Center provides pathology, radiology, preventive health checkups, and related diagnostic services from our Noida facility. Services are subject to availability, medical suitability, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Appointments & Bookings

• All test bookings are subject to confirmation by our team.
• You must provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking.
• Appointment slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within our operating hours (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, all days).
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice where possible.

Home Sample Collection

• Home collection is available in designated areas across Noida and nearby regions, subject to serviceability.
• A trained phlebotomist will visit your provided address at the scheduled time. Please ensure someone eligible is available for sample collection.
• Certain tests may require fasting or special preparation. You are responsible for following pre-test instructions shared at the time of booking.
• We may decline home collection if the address is outside our service area or if safety concerns arise.

Test Reports

Diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified professionals using validated laboratory processes. Report delivery times vary by test type and are communicated at the time of booking. Most routine reports are delivered within 6–24 hours via SMS, email, or our online portal.

Reports are intended to support medical decision-making and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider. We are not liable for self-interpretation or misuse of report data.

Fees & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website or communicated by our team are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made as per the mode accepted at our centre or through our authorised online payment channels.
• Package and test prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and complete information during booking and sample collection.
• Follow all pre-test instructions, including fasting requirements where applicable.
• Treat our staff, premises, and equipment with respect.
• Not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with our systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, design, and software — is the property of Lifeline Health Care Diagnostic Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy in all diagnostic results, no medical test is infallible. Our liability is limited to the re-testing or re-evaluation of results in accordance with our quality protocols and applicable law.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, technical failures, natural events, or incorrect information provided by the patient.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
